Jerre's Black Bean and Pork Tenderloin Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin 1 cup frozen corn 1 small onion, coarsely chopped 1 small red bell pepper, coarsely chopped 3 (15 ounce) cans black beans 1 small can green chiles | 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa 1/2 bottle dark beer (or 1 c. chicken broth) 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon ground cumin 2 teaspoons chili powder |
Directions:
| 1. | Combine pork tenderloin, onion, red pepper, chiles, black beans, salsa, beer, oregano, cumin, and chili powder in a slow cooker. Set to Low and cook for 8 hours. Add the frozen corn and cook for another 1-2 hours. |
| 2. | Break up pieces of cooked pork to thicken the chili before serving. Serve with chips, sour cream, and shredded cheese. |
